Ji Terrace by the Sea Photo Diary Review

After visiting this place for a few times, it has easily become one of our favorite spots in Canggu for happy hour. While the cocktails are delicious, it’s the view that keeps us coming back over and over again. While we’re usually the “drink coconuts and Bintangs in a local warung” by the beach type of couple, every once and in a while, we like dressing up and enjoying a few cocktails or two. When we do, one of our usual picks is Ji Terrace by the Sea.

Serving delicious cocktails, good Japanese food, and fantastic desserts, it’s no wonder why this spot is pretty popular amongst both locals and travelers. Take a look at a few of our favorite items in this restaurant (and why sundowners here is a must!)

Now, with views like this, who can say no? Drinks are pretty good, (beer is relatively cheap considering your view) and the sunset from here is top-notch. They have pretty good sangria mixes and a variety of cocktails.

They also have lunchtime bento boxes which come with a salad, main, side dishes and dessert. With a variety of bento box sets to choose from, trying these dishes at least once is highly recommended. We particularly liked the slow cooked pork set.

But alas, above the stellar views and good sushi, our absolute favorite thing about this place are their desserts. This particular one…is pretty much to die for. I won’t even bother describing it…because you can go right ahead and stare at it. And yes, it tastes as good as it looks.
